Problem power options in the panel control

Hi @z7Voldmor7z

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to view the power options in control panel.

Don’t worry, I’d love to help!

This could be due to issues with certain system files on the computer. I would suggest you run SFC scan and check if it helps. System File Checker is a utility in Microsoft Windows that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files.

Follow the steps:

a.      Type “cmd” without quotes on the Start screen.

b.       On the left pane, right-click on the “Command Prompt” and select “Run as Administrator”.

c.      Type ‘sfc /scannow without quotes and hit Enter.

If the issue persists, I recommend you to perform a refresh on your computer. Follow the steps in the below link to perform a refresh.
