My problem is that a message pops up with QLB controller has stopped working.., which is something that I have tried to resolve myself to no avail! Could someone give me a simple resolution to the problem, if there is one!
Thank you,
aperrin

Hello aperrin. I understand your HP Quick Launch application is giving you the "has stopped working" error.
You said that you've tried resolving the issue yourself. Would you mind letting me know what steps you've taken? This will help me avoid duplicating steps.
First, I think uninstall/reinstalling the application is a good place to start. Try the following.
- Click Start, type "Uninstall a program," and press Enter.
- When the list loads locate "HP Quick Launch" and right click it. Select either uninstall or remove.
- Once it is removed reboot your notebook to verify that the error is gone.
- Download and install this version of the HP Quick Launch software.
- Once the installation is complete reboot the notebook one more time to verify whether the issue returns.
I will keep an eye out for your reply. I hope you have a great day!
Please click the white star under my name to give me Kudos as a way to say "Thanks!"
Click the "Accept as Solution" button if I resolve your issue.
