Hi,

I restart the discussion.

One year later , I have migrated again my Probook 4530s on Windows 8.1 but I have always the same problem.

The driver Ralink Motorola BC8 don't work.

I have tried the driver for windows 7, but I have a message who say that Windows have found a driver but there is an error. File not found.

I dont understand.

Now, in 2015, someone have a new solution, please?

I have installed this driver : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-99320-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&...
From this forum : http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-hardware/ralinkmotorola-bc8-bluetooth-30-...

My bluetooth card is installed but I can't load the utility. The bluetooth menu on Windows 8 is invisible.

The error log said that:
Bluetooth Device Manager service is marked as interactive. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.

I can't synchronize my devices.
