Don't delete the driver, only Uninstall.
In second option, install the driver from the link. Start, then install Bluetooth driver. Restart system.

Check.

If nothing works, only suggestion left is follow this HP document:

I got same issue. I am using windows 8.1, and it is so hard to connect to wifi network even when I am standing behind the router. I need to switch the airplane mode on an then turn it on again just to restart my wifi, I maybe need to do it for over 10 times before it gets connected. But now, I am really frustated that I have been doing that thing for almost 2 hours and I still cannot connect to the wifi. What is the problem with this, the driver? the hardware?

Help!!! I have an HP 14, almost new, it came with ubuntu which i don't know how to use, so I put windows 10 on it, everything works, except the wifi! I have tried with 5 drivers, includin the 5.0.57.0 but it just don't work, it can see the wireless networks but can't connect to any of them, sometimes it work if I diseble it and then enable it manually, but that's not a solution, besides that it only works sometimes, it's getting me crazy, please help!

I have a HP 350 G1, with same problem. I can't connect any wireless network if my laptop is a few feet far from the router. The laptop is still on warranty, i'm sure it's a hardware failure of the Ralink RT3290 adaptor, so i'll call HP for the repair
