- I have a similar issue.

- It happens randomly.
- System is not overheating
- I already tried all the options mentioned in the above link.
- When I tried troubleshooting hardware via BIOS, screen went black in between. It came back on closing and reopening the lid.
What can be the issue ?

If you've gone through the steps suggested by the tech in the post you've linked, and yet the issue persists on both windows and BIOS, this is most likely a hardware malfunction, I suggest you also check if an alternate monitor has the same issue, to identify if this is either an issue with the LCD or the motherboard, it would help us replace the specific part to fix the issue:
