 - BIOSUpdate (here are files: cryptRSA.efi, cryptRSA32.efi, HpBiosUpdate.efi, HpBiosUpdate.s09, HpBiosUpdate.s12, HpBiosUpdate.sig, HpBiosUpdate32.efi, HpBiosUpdate32.s09, HpBiosUpdate32.s12, HpBiosUpdate32.sig)

Also i download BIOS version. In folder with bios i have a files:

 - HPQFlash.exe

 - HPUSBFW.exe

 - kernels.zip

 - ROM.cab

 - SP53139.cva

I bought a probook 6555b second hand a little over a year ago. Everything was great for a month then it asked me to update the bios and I never got that password. The first few months I tried tracking the guy down.. and then I tried guessing.. when it gave me the 3 strikes warning I spent the next 3 weeks searching for an online sollution..  and was desperate enough to try one of those sites that says it will email you the code if you send then the error codes etc.. needless to say.. no luck. Once you hit the 3rd strike it locks. So.. Since it also at that point stopped recognizing the Dvd drive and all the external ports I'm at a loss. I can't repair or reinstall windows with disc or iso, I couldn't boot from an portable OS on usb, Earlier posts mentioned transfering boot files but with it not allowing use of Dvd or USB idk.. and if I replaced the HDD it wouldn't help the bios issue. I even bought a new bios chip on ebay which has the password disabled.. Amusingly I was able to find 2 places in town who will TRY to replace it but the amount they'd charge me per hour would be more than purchasing an entirely new laptop. Since it is a business laptop and it was resold is it even possible for me to have HP reset it? What would be the cost/process if so? If I am able to have the Bios chip replaced would that solve the problems and reenable the dvd and usb? Would I also need to replace the hdd?
