How do I clean my Recovery Image D of 13.0 GB of "Other".  When I click on "Other", I get a message that says "we couldn't find any files to show you."

If you mess with the Recovery partition in any way, you are likely to render it unusable.  So, the best course of action is to leave it alone.

If you have Windows setup so that it is downloading or otherwise saving stuff to that drive, then you need to change it to stop doing that.

I see you're running Win10. Did the PC come preinstalled with Win10? Or, did you upgrade it from a prior OS to Win10?

We can proceed when you provide the answers.
