Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was making a recovery set and I got a error after the 3rd DVD disk and the program will not let me start back up from the start so that can select the option to use 2 HD DVD dissk instead of 4 DVD disks. I need to do make a new setup with the 2 HD DVD disk option so that the program will let me finish making my recovery set because if I keep using the 4 DVD way all I get is a error on the third Disk everytime. So anyways is there a way that I can reset the program so that I can select to to use 2 DVD disk instead of 4 as that will solve the whole problem at least it has for me before.

Hi @Glennmc7

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you unable to create recovery media on your computer running on Windows 10. Happy to help.

Do you get any error while creating the recovery media?

Have you tried to create a recovery media on a USB stick?

Which computer are you using?

Usually, when the recovery media creation fails on any disc, you can change the affected disc and continue where you stopped.

However, as you have tried multiple times, recommend you to create a recovery kit on a USB stick or contact our phone support to order a recovery media for your computer.

For the options available for creating recovery media or assistance, please refer to this article
