     Hello  Fossette:

Thank you for taking over the work for my problem. You suggested me to do

the the Recorey of the Reset This  PC.

I have done  Reset this PC  from another path:   start > power > shift + restart > Trouble Shooting

 > Reset this pc >.......   The result is failed.

Is your path way of "Reset this pc" different from what I have done?

The specialist just before you suggested me to do refresh,. Where is the refresh , I did not find that.

Could you help again.                   --- Zhao

Hi Zhao,

Reset is to restore the computer to its original copy of Windows.

Windows refresh is not to reinstall Windows but only repair the corrupted operating system files.

If you have already reinstalled (reset) your computer then no need to reset it again.

Cheers!
