HI-Did something really dumb-gave someone remote access to computer,Only about 30 sec.Question-have tax software on this computer any chance they could hace gotten my soc sec number.Thank you

Yes. They certainly could have gotten your social security number, but it is unlikely for that to have happened within thirty seconds unless they knew exactly what they were looking for.
It depends on whether you were using an installed version of the tax software or the online version.
The online version requires a password for access and would be safer in a situation like you have described.
Only give remote access to your PC to someone you trust completely.

Ask H&R Block about it.
They wil probably give the same advice that I did.
