most of the time driver issue and you can configure autoplay to open directly without popup

My computer  to Windows 10...Model - HP Notebook - 15-r212nv ,doesn't even recognize that I've put an SD card into it - no noise, no pop-ups, nothing. All drivers I installed but not working slot for memory card...What to do, ask for help??????
