i HAVE THE PROBLEM IN MY LAPTOP HP CORE 13 MODEL FQ2555TU THAT WHEN I HOLD THE LAPTOP BY GIVING THE FORCE ON ITS BOTTOM ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF LAPTOP. THIS SCREEN APPEARS WITH BLACK & WHITE BARS WHICH REMAINS SAME FOR THE TIME UNTILL I PRESS POWER BUTTON TO FORCE OFF THE LAPTOP TO GET RID OF IT.. AFTER FORCE RESTART THE PROBLEM DOESNT APPEAR UNTIL IF AGAIN IT HOLD THE LAPTOP WITH THE HOLD FORCE ON THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE SIDE. I THINK IT AS HARDWARE ISSUE PLZ LET ME KNOW THAT WHY IT IS HAPPENING. AS THE SAME PROBLEM WAS HAPPENED WITH OTHER MEMBER ALSO LINK IS GIVEN BELOW OF HIM:

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) This indicates that the internal display <connector> behind the screen has come loose (not fits 100%) or ...

(2) ... display cable is partially damaged.

 

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- [ Always recommended ] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [ Always recommended ] The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Display cable check or replace

- Screen check or replace
- General cleaning ...

 

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
