My HP notebook/laptop touch screen stopped working after windows 10 update. I have updated softaware and drivers. Help! I just bought this!

Hello sir,

 

1. Go to device manager 

2. look for Human Interface Device

3. then click on HID Compliant Touch Screen

4. right click choose disable then re enable

 

Please let me know if it´s working or else I will find other solutions.

HP Recommended

mine did the same thing. when i went to look for it in the device manager it was gone. had to rollback the update to get it back. please help!!!
