Stream 14 availability

Hi there, I have a rather unusual question. I've been wanting to buy the stream 14 (2016) for quite a while now, but it seems to be not available for purchase officially in my country (Ukraine). Can someone please tell when or if this laptop will be available for purchase or at least direct me to other forums/support etc. who might help me with this? Thank you very much in advance!

Hi, thank you very much for replying. However, I've already tried all that and that is not helpfull at all. The officiall distrubutors have neither the information about stream 14 laptop nor the laptop itself.

HP maintains no official presence here

It's ok, no need to be sorry. Just thought maybe someone heard something or knows something. Stream 14 would be a perfect work soulution for me personally and from all the reviews I read/watched it's really good. So a bit frustrated not being able to buy it. 
Anyway, thank you for your time and effort to help me, I appreciate it.
