Hi Chris,
The error code you've posted looks like it's missing a block of 6 characters, however it's not important as the last block show the Hard Drive is failing and needs to be replaced.
As your notebook will still under warranty, contact HP and arrange to have the drive replaced - If needed, you can check your warranty status Here.
