Hi,
Your notebook is producing a hexadecimal halt code which is stored in ram as a 'one off' and will be re-calculated after a reboot. This indicates you have one of the later AMI bios's and unfortunately none of the current code generators will work for this - so at the moment your options are down to Contacting HP support.

You can still remove a power on password by removing the rtc cell, then holding down the power button for 60 seconds before re-inserting the rtc - If you need the Maintenance & Service Guide for your machine, post back with the Model No.

it got locked so says System Disabled AA531DCE
It's black screen with blue box that says enter administrator password
is there a password? If not is there a phone number to call for help?

Hi,
Unfortunately, as I mentioned previously, none of the current generators will work for a hex halt code - you can remove the password by removing the rtc as described in my previous post or submit a request to HP via the web portal starting on the link below.
