Tech says Win7 security drivers removed by Hacker. Not able to install driver nor use Windows Defender drivers as substitute. Possible to run reinstall disks and not lose other programs and data. If reinstall disks don't work, how to get another set??
What are you trying to install which doesn't install? What do you mean by security drivers (did you have Microsoft Security esssentials installed)? What are the problems you are experiencing which made you contact a Tech in the first place? Have you performed sfc /scannow from Command Prompt (administrator)?
