Hi,

I'm trying to update the firmware on my Thunderbolt 3 dock using SP91361.

I apply the update as you can see from the following screenshot:

Because to press "Update Firmware" didn't work, I tried 

ThunderboltUpdaterDevice.CMD.exe -u
and get this picture:

I saw that this problem came also up in the past looking

Sorry I wrote the wrong SP. The correct one is SP96414 thx
