OMEN by HP 15-dc1054nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the most up to date driver for the touchpad from the hp drivers page and still I have no option to disable the touchpad when an external mouse is attached. I've gone to advance mouse settings and there is nothing in there. I've even found this page https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/How-OFF-Touchpad-in-HP-OMEN-15-7NB83E...

where I have searched for all these options and I have none of that. I don't even have the registry key in my registry there is no Elantech in the location they say. I'm confused why this option is not available with the most up to date touchpad drivers from the hp drivers support page.

I don't know what to do at this point I need some help.
