Microsoft will stop issuing security-fixes to your laptop, running Windows Vista, after April 12, 2017 -- one month from now. So, it's time for you to purchase a new laptop.

 

You may want to remove the current (nine year old?) disk-drive from the current computer, and use an adapter to connect it as a USB device to your new computer, and copy all your files from "old" to "new".
