Hi,

 

I have a CQ57 laptob. USB Device(VID_1f3a_PID_efe8) has a driver problem. How do I fix it? Also the Atheros Bluetooth adapter is not working.

Hi

 

Go into Device Manager, right click on the problem device and select Properties. Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_03D1&SUBSYS_14041565&REV_A2
Do this for each device that's missing a driver.
