Hi, Adobe "Storage problems" are preventing Acrobat Reader from opening pdf docs.  I googled the problem and found that some people had identified HP SureClick as the culprit and they were able to instruct it not to block opening of the pdfs.  But I couldn't find any account of how they did it.

Hello

first check is you have HP Sure Click installed.

then start , from Menu -> HP -> HP Sure Click Desktop Console and open it

try to DIsable it or enter in "setting page " and see if there is something that you can configure.

last thing you can do is change in Windows which is the default application that must be used to open PDF file.

bye

Hi TryToDoMyBest,

Thanks for trying but I'm unable to put into action.  I can get as far as HP SureClick's desktop but I can't fin a setting portal where I would change settings (and I probably wouldn't know which settings to change, to what, when I get there).

Likewise I don't know where to go in W10, nor what to do when I get there.
