HP 820 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi All,

Recently built a HP 820 G3 laptop using the SCCM package you provide, which has thrown up a few unknown drivers

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73204.html

Please can you advise where to get the driver for - ACPI\ATML1000

I believe it may relate to a graphics subsystem

Kind Regards

To resolve this issue, I had to uinstall the existing HID-I2 devices, then  refresh device manager, all devices then automatically update without having install any new package.

- The issue only occurrs when installing the Bluetooth driver

Hi:

This is a peer to peer forum, not HP technical support.

HP maintains no official presence here.

When you google the ID you posted, it decodes to a I2C HID Device.

This would be the driver HP linked to that device, but when I explored the file contents, I do not see support for that ID at all.

That is the only driver listed on the support website for that device.

If that driver doesn't work, I recommend you contact HP technical support for further assistance.
