I will update BIOS for my Notebook HP Pavilion g4-1314tu, but my Windows operating system Windows 7 32bit. At Drivers page for my notebook, i can't find for Windows 7 (32bit). Can i use Bios update file at Windows 7 (64bit) drivers page? Or i must install Windows 7 (64bit) before i update bios?

My notebook problem if booting displayed "bios application error (501)"

Thankyou and regards.

To my knowledge you can use the 64-bit BIOS update on your 32-bit system.

Refer the following weblink that explains the 501 error:

I am an HP employee.
