Product: HP Pavilion 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

You sent an update and after it finished there was an error code that lead me to a refresh of my system so I could get back on.  When I got back on my accounting program Peachtree complete accounting 2011 was gone...and so was all my company information!!  Now I can't find the product CD and will have to purchase a new program for $175.  Thanks a lot

Did you "register" the software with Peachtree?

Telephone them, and see if they can find you in their database, and if they will replace the software, at no cost, or, maybe, just for the cost of shipping the CD.  Does it require a "product-key" to activate it?
