As I told you in the previous post. problem is CD the room but it can be interpreted as HHD in the error message. disassemble cd the room also start the machine without it.

There have been three new posts today, made at 2:45, 2:59, and 3:53.

 

Yet, I have received ten notifications of new posts, supposedly made at 2:45, 2:50, 2:54, 2:56, 2:59, 3:02, 3:04, 3:06, 3:10, and 3:53.

My issue is not going to be resolved. i told the case manager I would not be paying $150 to fix a computer that should have not faulted. if i had let a virus break down computer, FINE but they owned up to this particular model has faulty harddrive.. in end what did he do, when i said i would not pay it? He hung up on me. Like I said HP does not stand behind their products!! Poor customer service too wanting customers to pay half of what they paid to fix the product!! Shame!! I am merely answering questions in the forum that people are not understanding about the error!
