I have a NC8000 Laptop that I just loaded Vista Business on, in my Device Manager I have 2 Unknown Devices. One is Base System Device and the other one is HP EWS. There are no drivers loaded for these devices and I can't figure out what they are and HP doesn't offer support for this laptop when you install Vista on it. Any suggestions would be nice.

HP EWS is an Embedded Web Server for a printer. You probably have an HP printer installed. See the printer reference manual to get the web address for the web server.
The Base System Device is likely to be the O2 memory card reader needing a Vista driver. You may be able to get that from Windows update. The version at the HP web supportl portal is for Windows XP.
