Hi all

Well we all now about the fan issue which is much better since the last BIOS update.
Nevertheless I have sometimes fluctuation fan noise, although there is no load. This is mainly when the notebook is at the thunderbolt docking station.

I found out, that as soon as I connect my notebook to the docking station more or less all app-processes suddenly move over and start running on the GPU. The CPU has virtually no load.

Why do all processes start to run on GPU when the notebook is connected to the dock? Is this an issue or is there a good reason for this behaviour?

My Notebook and Windos has the latest drivers/bios and updates installed.

Regards,
Sebastian

Can you call up suppor tand have a case escalated for this?

I'd like the team to have a look into this.

Okey will do. Do you have a specific number for Switzerland? Or an email address?
