HP Recommended
When turning the system on, a screen entitled RECOVERY appeared and advised that the PC needs repairing through installation media. I do not know where the recovery cd that came with the system is located. It's been 2 years since purchase. Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Call HP Support in your area to inquire if Recovery Media is available to order:http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

 

If you don't have any luck with that please provide info for your model.
