Hi Experts out there, need some good advise. How do I go about downloading Win8 OEM ISO 64bits that comes with all my HP notebooks? I tried to download Win8 ISO from Microsoft but upon supplying the key, it says the key is for Win8 OEM license, not to use with Win8 retail version and not given the option to download.
Please help.
Thanks.

This is NOT official HP Customer Support and I, as most other persons on this forum, do not work for HP. This is a peer-to-peer user supported forum for HP consumer class products. HP maintains no official presence on this forum and it is unlikely that HP will respond in an official capacity. Any reply from a HP employee represents their own opinion and not that of HP's.
When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.
The above requested information can be found on the bottom of your computer, inside the battery compartment or on the startup BIOS screen. Please see How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? for more assistance locating this information. DO NOT include your serial number. Please enter the model/product information into HP's Online Consumer Support page and post it here for our review.
You can't download the "official" HP Windows 8 image. The "official" HP image can be created using the HP Recovery Manager that is included with each of your computers. This will make the HP Recovery Media needed to return your computers to a factory like state.
If you have a valid MSDN Subsciption, you can download "en_windows_8_x64_dvd_915440.iso" from MSDN Subscriber Downloads. Download this file and burn the ISO image to a DVD or USB stick. Set the BIOS to use UEFI, enable "Secure Boot" and disable "Legacy Support... if these options are present. Boot from this disk and install Windows 8. It should register as an official copy and use the key embedded in the BIOS. Please note that no HP customizations nor HP value-added software will be installed using this method.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

You cannot download Windows 8 OEM ISO 64bit from HP.
Your only option is on each of your laptops is to go to the recovery manager & create a set of recovery discs, the recovery discs are specific to each machine & can only be used on the laptop that they were created on.
In the case of the recovery partition being deleted, you can purchase a set of recovery discs from HP for each of your laptops.
