Windows 10 Screen Auto Rotation Not Working/Option is not visible or available

This option is the same as the menu that appears to the right of the screen (see info from microsoft web)

If Rotation lock is undimmed, auto-rotation is locked. Select Rotation lock to unlock auto-rotation.

Rotation lock is undimmed when auto-rotation is locked. When auto-rotation is locked, the screen won’t rotate when you change the orientation of your Surface.

I have the exact same problem. After upgrading to Windows 10, the screen does not auto rotate when I use the notebook in Tent or Tablet mode. I don't even have that option available.

Has anyone sorted this out? The upgrade to Windows 10 is not going smooth at all.

after automatic updating of windows 10 with KB3093266, already works autorotate.
