I want to tell you one more thing,
I have unlicensed windows 7 cd which can be used for 3 days after installation. I tried that one and that worked fine but the problem is if I install graphic driver than after it also get stuck at starting windows logo. I bought laptop in 2013.

I thought it could be good to install fresh os. Before that I uninstalled norton anti virus which came with os but I am using avg in it. Just read back through some of the replies. I notice that installing with trial of Windows 7 works- but after installing graphics driver the problem comes up. This could indicate wrong driver- or worse, graphics failure in the laptop. Graphics failure could explain the black screen issues you were having that started this whole reinstall. It could also be stopping Recovery from finishing.
1-are you using F2 system Diagnostics for testing hdd? If so go back to it again and run Component tests-graphics.
2-In the trial Windows 7 installation-did you install the graphics driver from your Support page?
3-can you read the 25 digit Windows license key on the label attached to bottom of laptop?

Since you can read license key it should activate the Win 7 copy you have-if it is same version such as Windows 7 Home Premium. Not sure how to overcome the graphics driver issue.
Install the latest version of Diagnostics:
What is the Product number of the laptop?
