I got done hdd test and both were passed. I am doing memory test now and will let you know.
I want to tell you one more thing,
I have unlicensed windows 7 cd which can be used for 3 days after installation. I tried that one and that worked fine but the problem is if I install graphic driver than after it also get stuck at starting windows logo. I bought laptop in 2013.

Ok now why I did factory reset-since last week my laptop was going black screen and shutdown after half an hour or something..I made power option to never sleep or shutdown. I thought it could be good to install fresh os. Before that I uninstalled norton anti virus which came with os but I am using avg in it. Norton was expired however everytime it was running some process in background which was consuming performance and slow down laptop...

Memory test is also passed. If I go to safe mode options, it load files and can see message "setup is preparing your computer for first use" and than after message box come up-windows cannot complete installation in safe mode. To continue installing Windows, restart the computer.
Definitely, installation hasn't complete in full but it also look like something cannot get install which freeze windows to go on...hdd dignostics result is passed. Is it still can be problem with hdd? I also give a tried to remove battery and complete installation with AC power on...

F11 system recovery at start up doesn't work. When I pressed at the time of booting the laptop, I could see it was showing "F11...System Recovery"
But than next page is Windows error recovery where on the top 3 options suggest to insert disc and fix error. Down to bottom 5 options - Safe mode, safe mode with cmd prompt, safe mode with network mode, last good config and start windows normally. I also tried start up repair, System32/config/reg.. that contains all file with 0 size...as assuming windows hasn't start for first use atleast...

Just read back through some of the replies. I notice that installing with trial of Windows 7 works- but after installing graphics driver the problem comes up. This could indicate wrong driver- or worse, graphics failure in the laptop. Graphics failure could explain the black screen issues you were having that started this whole reinstall. It could also be stopping Recovery from finishing.

1-are you using F2 system Diagnostics for testing hdd? If so go back to it again and run Component tests-graphics.

2-In the trial Windows 7 installation-did you install the graphics driver from your Support page?

3-can you read the 25 digit Windows license key on the label attached to bottom of laptop?

1- F2 system diagnostic doesn't has componant test. All I can see is sys info, start up test, run in test, sys tune up, hard disk/mem test, batt test, bios management, error log, Language...
BIOS also doesnt has option for component test...
2-installed graphics drivers from HP software and driver page by entering product id/serial to get exact drivers for it. I can see Radeon graphics sticker on laptop however from website I could only download atom..
3-yes, I can read windows licence key...

Since you can read license key it should activate the Win 7 copy you have-if it is same version such as Windows 7 Home Premium. Not sure how to overcome the graphics driver issue.

Install the latest version of Diagnostics:

What is the Product number of the laptop?
