Download a Windows 7 ISO file to burn to a DVD or USB flash drive. The version  must match version that came installed on your PC as  listed on the Microsoft COA sticker attached to bottom of laptop. Such as Windows Home Premium.

You can use the Windows 7 USB/DVD installation tool to convert the ISO file you download. Link and instructions below. You need a  DVD+R or DVD -R . Or a 4 GB flash drive to use the USB method.

Fwiw-I have better results using Rufus if creating a usb flash drive installer with the ISO: https://rufus.akeo.ie/

Tutorial: https://youtu.be/VmtRE9LTCOE

Use the 25 character key on the COA to activate the installation.

I got it. It has to be trial premium version...hence look like device failure could not let it finish the installation. On other hand, trial version come without drivers so, personal has to download and install separately. Does it sound right?

I notice your Support page has 2 different AMD drivers. One may be wrong for your model. If you remember which one you used last time-try the other one.

I also see a new version of HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI on the support page. It should have Component testing so I would install it too after installing Windows.

I am thinking to take laptop to repair shop...my laptop has windows license key sticker underneath. Would it be problem to leave with them if asked to or can they use this key somewhere else?
I have always fixed my pc problems but if there is hw probs than I don't have resources.
I searched on youtube/other website and found this problem is common or saw similar cases without results..

Firstly-it is always a possibilty to use the license key, but most reputable shops would not. Secondly-if this is a hardware problem with the graphics chip-even the shop can't fix it without replacing motherboard. In which case it would probably be just as much as buying a new laptop-if they can even find the correct motherboard.

If it is only the driver which caused the black screen problem in the trial Windows install- using the other driver may avoid this.
