Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I've just reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop. But can't connect to the internet via wifi or Ethernet cable. NO DRIVERS. I only have my phone to access internet. How am I supposed to download the drivers or fix the issue?????

You would need to download the HP drivers for your notebook from the HP Support Page specific to your model, then you would need to copy the files (USB Flash Drive, SD Card, etc) over to your notebook and install them. It sounds like you will need to install all of the drivers at this point if you haven't.
