Issue: AMD radeon 7400m graphic card doesnot work in my windows 8 64 bit

error message: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Hi konvictedviv. The code 43 error you are referring to, is a fairly general error. The first thing to try is a hard reset of the notebook.

Performing a Hard Reset or Forced Reset:

If that doesn't resolve the issue, try to uninstall the drivers, and download and install this one.
AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver:

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can try a BIOS update.

I can not find the driver for my laptop 

 

HP pavilion DV7 -6135 dx 

It is saying that its can not install it {code 10}

I am using Windows 8 would like to go to 8.1 but I know things wont work cause I have had it on here and my finger scanner wont work when I have it on .
