Same problem with HP 1011sg :

AMD 6470M and Intel HD . I tried all Windows 8 drivers from hp for AMD switchable graphics. But none of them are working.

I hope HP will fix this problem

My dear I told you I'm a newbie

anyways, something happened God knows what, and my screen went black ( a day after I installed windows 8 pro ).
it happened of course while windows 8 updating the drivers by it's own! and I had to wait till the installation of the drivers finishes.

Now, out of nowhere ... I just turned the pc on and after the logo disappeared the screen became black!

working from the safe mode. I deleted the AMD drivers and will try to start the pc in a normal mode and see what happens

so, any idea why it happened ????

Please help me to find AMD drivers for dm3-2015er (HD5430 and HD4225 graphics) for Windows 8 64bit.

I can find only AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool. It fails downloading and freezes.

AMD supports Mobility HD5xxx for Windows 8 only? What about Mobility HD4xxx?
