Hi Tommy_Surya,

If you are able to get to the login screen try seeing if you can boot up in Safe Mode this Microsoft Support link will show you how to do that.

If you are able to try uninstalling the following Windows Updates: KB2982791, KB2970228, KB295719 and KB2975331. Then restart your computer normally. If you are not sure how to uninstall an update the second part of this third-party link will show you how to do it. Let me know how it goes.

Please click “Accept as Solution ” if you feel my post solved your issue.

Hi @Tommy_Surya,

I understand that while doing an update your computer has frozen at the start up screen. I will try my best to help you with this issue. To better guide you, could you please tell me the full model or product number of your computer and the operating system that is running on it. Here are some guides for How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? and Which Windows operating system am I running?.

Could you explain the issue in detail, did the update finish and restart the computer or did it freeze during the update?

Please let me know and I would be happy to help you with this.

Thank you and have a nice day.
