And I called the HP a many times and they did respond . I need a solution now. How to repair my PC.(I still have warranty period )

Hello @pragadeesh16
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !
I'm sorry about the issues you experience and I'd like to help you fix them.
Fortunately, HP has plenty of recovery options available.
Let's first test for hardware issues.
1. Please, shutdown the computer using the power button
2. Power it on.
2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, keep hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu which may look similar to this one
3. Choose F2 to open System Diagnostics. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform System Test >> Quick test.
This will check major hardware componets for issue (do it just in case) . Here is more info >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03467259#AbT1
RECOVERY using the built-in recovery partition
Hopefully, the hardware checks passed without issues. Proceed with recovery options.
1. Please, shutdown the computer (using the power button)
2. Power it on.
2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, keep hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu which may look similar to this one
3. Choose F11 for System Recovery options.
The computer should boot from recovery partition to open you various recovery options. Note, that F11 option will only work if the recovery partition is there (not deleted) and intact. From there, you have prenty of options to choose from.
Please, perform Windows Reset with option to keep your files and save settings.
This will "refresh" your Windows but will keep your files and certain stuff in places
Here are details:

Please, let me know if this works. If it don't, there are options available. Looking forward to your confirmation.

Hello, I happen to have the same problem but after following the instructions provided, I still got the same error message that I got when I initially turned it on. The error read the same way as the person above stated.

If the above instructions do not work, the recovery partition may be missing/corrupt (or there may be another reason).
In this case (and only if the computer came with Windows preinstalled by HP - a.k.a. OEM Windows) you can contact HP support to see if they can offer you original recovery media for this computer (a.k.a. recovery DVDs or USB).
Info EU / EMEA countries >> http://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/bph07143
Info US/CA/AMS >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07143
Here is how you can contact them :

Option 2) If there is no recovery media at HP, you can try to contact
http://www.best2serve.com/page/rcd_landing OR http://www.computersurgeons.com/
to see if they can offer you such recovery media
Once you get the recovery media, here are instructions how to perform the recovery:

Please, let me know if this works.
