Tried downloading the older Intel graphics card driver but cant seem to locate sp64154.exe .  The older driver that is available is 10.18.10.3308 contained in sp63592.  Any one know how to get sp64154.exe ?

Hello @Dodofix  🙂

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I understand you are experiencing an issue with your notebook. However, since this is a commercial notebook, you should post your issue on the notebook board of the HP Enterprise Forums for a better answer.

Have a wonderful day! :smileyhappy:

What is it here that says this is not for this type of laptops?

"HP Support Forum Home > Laptop & Notebook > Notebook OS > Re: ZBook 14 sleep mode problem"

And, if you work for HP, you might escalate this problem to get it solved, this have crapping up the Zbook 14 too long without an real solution now.

I just received my ZBook 14 windows 8.1 installed 64 bits

And , thank you HP it has the sleep mode problem.

After wake up it reboots.

After reading this and other threads I solved it by installing the older Intel driver from the HP support site.

No uninstall, no driver loading through device manager, just executing the sp63592.exe Service pack which has the older intel driver from october 2013, this is probably the reason it is still on the support site.

It would be nice if HP would tell us this

@Supermario and HP:

There are many people here who spent a lot of money for this laptops because they expected extraordinary quality, performance and stability, but instead they have to waste their time with these annoying/frustrating problems since MONTHs.

Why isn´t HP coming up with a solution?

Thanks

It has solved the problem I've been having for last month (since I got my new ZBook).

The mentioned driver's version is available here:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63592.exe

Thanks a lot EGC112!
