BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f

2.

BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f

3.

BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacafe}_VID&0001004c_PID&6d07

BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacafe}_LOCALMFG&000f

4.

BTHENUM\{426c6163-6b42-6572-7279-427970617373}_LOCALMFG&000f

5.

BTHENUM\{426c6163-6b42-6572-7279-44736b746f70}_LOCALMFG&000f

How to get the needed drivers?

Please let me know if any additionnal info is needed,

Thanks for your support,

K.Lo

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you have installed the bluetooth module driver.

Windows 7 installs a generic bluetooth driver which leads some folks to believe that the BT is operational but it won't work without the additional HP driver.

Thanks,

I can now connect both devices.

I note that in Device Manager I still have the same 5 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices listed under Other Devices...

You're very welcome.

Sorry that driver didn't take care of those devices as well.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what they are, so I would not know what drivers are needed.
