Hello, 

 

I have two devices (Blackberry and Ipad) that i'd like to connect in bluetooth to the laptop but it is unsuccessful at the moment; when checking Device Manager i have in the category Other Devices 5 icons for Bluetooth Peripheral Device; here are the Hardware Ids (some have 2 lines):

 

1.

How to get the needed drivers?

Please let me know if any additionnal info is needed,

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you have installed the bluetooth module driver.

 

Windows 7 installs a generic bluetooth driver which leads some folks to believe that the BT is operational but it won't work without the additional HP driver.

Thanks, 

I can now connect both devices.

 

I note that in Device Manager I still have the same 5 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices listed under Other Devices...

Sorry that driver didn't take care of those devices as well.

 

Unfortunately, I have no idea what they are, so I would not know what drivers are needed.
