Hi:

 

Your notebook comes with a Realtek RTL8191SE wifi adapter.

 

That model wifi adapter is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

 

Your notebook never had Bluetooth.

 

The product specs also indicate that your notebook did not come with Bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n WLAN Wireless Connectivity specification.

 

There is nothing wrong with your notebook.
