OK THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION ON BIOS. BUT SHOULD I UPDATE MY BIOS OR NOT? IS IT SAFE?
AND HP UEFI SHOWS THAT THERE IS ALREADY 3 OR 4 PARTITION ON MY HARD DRIVE.

Go for it, it is safe....
Ah ha! so 3 or 4 Partitions....So that is the issue... In windows you can have max of 3 primary partition and UEFI diagnostics will look to create primary partition....So as power around, you can use the USB option for install the UEFI diagnostics on it....

open control panel
open devices and printers
right click on your bluetooth device(mobile) and go to properties
click the services tab
uncheck Nokia SyncML Server
and there u are - you'll not get that bluetooth peripheral msg again

i have an hp pavilion dv6451us and recently installed win7. i had similar problem with bluetooth peripheral device for an lg gt360. the problem was with the lg drivers. when i went into the program files in the c: drive, i ran the virtual phone.exe file. i went into the device manager and bam, the message saying that bluetooth peripheral device driver missing was gone.

If your notebook is equipped with bluetooth than you can but iPhone has limit bluetooth service on it...
