I came across your post about the WiFi issue, and wanted to help! I understand that you upgraded your Operating System to Windows 10, and since then, the Bluetooth and WiFi have not been working.
To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook? Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number: HP Customer Support - Products
