I know that mate , as i told you before , again cpu-z it shows 800 mhz and from what i know 800 times 2 does not equal 1333 , just saying . Btw i have one memory of 4 gb as said on the specified model . If you don't have a SOLUTION don't comment please .

We are looking for a solution. Have you actually seen the memory module in the computer? If just for the sake of argument you have a DDR3-1333 module and it is running at 800 mhz there would be no solution other than it is a bad motherboard or a bad stick of memory. But that is extremely unlikely. There is not going to be a magic bullet software fix for you. Either you have no problem at all or it is a major hardware thing.

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04395082 this is the link with the specs . i never seen the accual memory because i never opened it . the  only option to have another memory module is if that laptop was build with another. thanks for telling me that is not a software fix ... i guess i'll go back from where i boutgh it to see what they will say
