Thank you for joining HP Forums.
I'll be glad to help you 🙂
As I understand you want to check the status of your recent order,
If you haven't checked on the HP repair order status check website yet, Click here
If you have checked the website, I would suggest you contact HP and get it clarified.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Good Luck.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Hello, @Rahul_1997
Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to help 🙂
If you have a repair order or a new order placed, you can check the repair status / service order status here: http://bit.ly/2xsbSkb
If you have already checked the website, then please contact the HP phone support.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Good luck 🙂
