I just bought a new HP 17" laptop model: 17-y006cy. I've only had it for three weeks and the charger overheats to the point that it is too hot to touch and stops charging at that point. I want to get a replacement, it's not only 30 days old. I always use it properly in a well ventilated spot and only plug it in to charge. I unplug it when it reaches 100% The numbers on the barcode of the charger is: CT: wftld0cdd49ka4. Does anyone know if this one has been recalled? Will HP replace it? I keep it unplugged from the wall, I am afraid it is either going to explode or start a fire. Please advise?
