When my laptop freezes (as all do from time to time I guess) I do what I have always done on previous pcs and press ctrl-alt-delete but on this one this function never works and I end up having to turn it off using the on/off switch. Can anyone advise me o this?
Tap away f2 key as you power on laptop, do extensive hard drive and memory tests from System Diagnostics in BIOS/UEFI.
Let it finish.
