ok, well, i'm not going to condemn hp outright for this issue. just have to see if we can get it taken care of. i mean, for the money, this thing's got beautiful graphics, power to spare, good battery life.

I'm with you!  I'm now able to insert whatever USB device I have so I'm fine with the laptop!

i had the exact same issue.. was too scared to force my usb in.. now it seems ill have to try.. because i dont think this warranty is covered in pakistan
