Help. 

I am recently getting this error message

"An error has occurred during initializing" Error code 0x80070426

 

from a couple weeks ago, my computer is now shutting down after about 30 minutes of activity. 

this happens regardless of battery or AC power supply

 

upon restarting, the computer opens right back to where I left off( except if I haven's manually saved my work)

 

can anyone help me?

Hi, Nikiandjim.

 

Press Control + alt + delete Then open task manager, find Wndows Defender Service right click on it and click Stop then 

Open Control Panel and click Programs & Features and Uninstall a Program and Uninstall Windows Essentials and restart

Thank you. I was not able to stop Windows Defender Service - access denied

The only Windows essential that was installed was photo gallery and movie maker... could that be the problem?

It could be, Try uninstalling it and restart.

Unfortunately, that solution did not work. I only did step 2 due to the fact that access was denied for the first step you gave me.
